Mo Man Lures

Although my own tournament fishing has been limited over the past few years I still get an adrenaline rush when I get the opportunity to fish competitively. This year John Williams and I have teamed up to fish the Heartland tournaments. Neither one of us expect to have any time to prefish which will surely become evident at tournaments end. However with that said when I do get to go I intend to use tackle and techniques that I am confident in. One such bait is the Mo Man series of flipping tubes. These hand dipped, salt impregnated baits were first introduced to me by Mo Man Pro Staff angler Marty Watson. Marty and I were visiting about an upcoming trip I was to make to Grand lake when he asked me if I had any Mo Man flipping tubes. Heard of em, yes. Had any of em’, no. Marty was kind enough to hook me up with some and tip me off to a stretch of submerged willows that would sure hold fish.  Both the Mo Mans and willows worked beautifully. I had a blast. Wasn’t long after that Marty introduced me to Don Miller, avid angler, tournament angler, and  Mo Man Lure Co. owner. Don and I hit it off and soon he became a sponsor of the Joe Bass Team Trail. His support of the trail as both angler and sponsor have been super. Back to my point. Mo Man double dipped, salt impregnated tubes work! I use em’  recommend em’ and am pleased to report that Don has asked me to join his Pro Staff. There are very few colors I fly, but Mo Man Lures is one I will. Try em’ use em’ and you’ll see why they are one of my confidence baits.
